10 days back I had a female patient aged 38 years, she came with the complaint of dandruff and hair-fall since 2 months. I asked the patient its been a longtime almost 2 years, you never turned up for follow up. Patient says sir 2 years back i had come for nose block and hair-fall , nose block got cured after your treatment but hair-fall persisted, sir you cured my nose block problem at first visit but was not happy with the result of hair-fall so I didn't want to come. Sir now I have dandruff too much itching, and as-usual hair-fall. Cure my problem sir I can't come again and again, Patient was talkative , continuous talking. Gets irritated easily, throws thing when angry
